How it works for the consumer:
The customer uses the greatEvent website or app to search for all available meeting spaces (inventory) at hotels and venues within a desired location and timeframe.
When the customer is ready to proceed with booking, the customer can register by providing essential contact information and begin the booking process.
Once the customer books the inventory, the customer will seamlessly move to the event planning process.
The customer can then make every possible decision for the event based on all options available by the hotel or venue (i.e. catering, seating, entertainment, etc.).
All billing and processing are handled online, and a confirmation email is sent upon completion. The customer also has the option to finalize all details by phone if necessary.
How it works for the hotelier :
The hotelier has its own sales and catering platform that mirrors the customer platform but also allows for complete customization related to all details of room booking, sales, catering, and entertainment.
Through the platform, the hotelier is also provided with an intuitive dashboard that displays all customer leads with the ability to assign these leads to staff.
The dashboard is easy to use and requires minimal training, allowing other staff to operate when a salesperson is unavailable.
The hotelier has the capability to review, edit, approve and close any venue booking transactions.
